Return & Exchanges
- In the event you receive a damaged / defective product or the product that does not comply with the specification you have ordered. You are required to get in touch with the customer support team immediately:

- Email us at – kisantyres@gmail.com - Before accepting shipment of your product, kindly ensure that the product is not damaged or tampered, If you observe any damage, request you to refuse to accept delivery and inform Buy Tyres India immediately. The return process of the product may be restricted by Buy Tyres India on the nature of the defect.
- In order to return any product sold by us, You are required to comply with following terms:
- Incase of damaged or defective product, please report the same to our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving the product to obtain a Order Return Number.
- Product should be unused and not fitted to your vehicle
- Buy Tyres India will arrange for a pickup of the damaged / defective product through its own logistics. In the event Buy Tyres India is unable to do so, we will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your area within one (1) day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed to you upon genuine inspection of the product.
- The return products are subject to inspection and checks by Buy Tyres India to determine the nature of defect.
- Refunds are processed in a maximum of 30 days from the date on which we receive the returned products. If you have paid through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid.
- In the event the return of a product is not accepted by Buy Tyres India, the product will be delivered to you and the freight charges will be borne by you. Buy Tyres India has the full right to accept genuine returns as per manufacturer’s company policies
