Buy Tyres India.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department or product been withdrawn by the respective manufacturer / brand. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled by us. If your order is cancelled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account.

Buy Tyres India.com does not accept return requests for used products.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective product, please report the same to our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving the product to obtain a Order Return Number.

Buy Tyres India shall accept those tyres we have sold. According to our details of dispatch. The Customer has to send Original Copy of Bill issued by Buy Tyres India.

For products which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, with defects please send us a mail at kisantyres@gmail.com or call us on 0231 – 265 6095 to obtain a Order Return Number. We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 10 working days. We reserve the right to pay you the full amount back in case the stock of the product is not available.

Buy Tyres India will arrange for a pickup of the damaged / defective product through its own logistics. In the event we are unable to do so, we will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your area within one (1) day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed to you upon genuine inspection of the product. Please ensure that the products are properly packed so that the original packing of the product is not damaged in transit. Please send us a mail at kisantyres@gmail.com or call us on 0231 – 265 6095 to obtain a Order Return Number before you return the product. No goods will be accepted without a Order Return Number and copy of original invoice.

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 20 days from the date on which we receive the returned products. If you have paid through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid.

For goods bought on discount the return will be through Gift coupons/certificates/redeemable points.

Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with a copy of the original invoice.

We usually deliver in 2 to 6 working days. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays. For other areas not serviced by major courier companies, the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.

• Contact Buy Tyres India with proof of original purchase invoice.
• Complete and Sign the Claim adjustment form provided by Buy Tyres India and either leave or send the tyre to Buy Tyres India for which the freight cost will be borne by the consumer.
• Buy Tyres India will then send the claim tyre to the Tyre Manufacturer for inspection of the tyre and claim processing. In this respect, Buy Tyres India has no authority or responsibility to make the determination as to eligibility for coverage under the warranty.
• Tyres adjustable under this process shall be adjusted on pro-rata basis wherein amount to be compensated shall be calculated based on remaining tread depth measurement.
• The decision made by the respective tyre manufacturer in accessing the claim or failure will be final.
• Tyres rejected for any claim as per warranty policy remains the property of the consumer and neither Buy Tyres India nor the respective tyre manufacturer shall be liable for loss or damage.
• Tyres adjusted under the claim process will become the property of the respective tyre manufacturer.
• All applicable taxes, mounting and balancing charges shall be borne by the customer; liability of the respective tyre manufacturer is limited only to the cost of the tyre on pro-rata basis.
